Getting started should feel simple.
Let’s clear a few things up.
Is BillFlow really free?
Yes. Every feature is available on every account: all thirteen document types, PDF export, templates and branding, taxes, reports and unlimited team members. There is no paid plan to upgrade to, no trial that expires and no feature held back behind a price.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Creating an account asks for your name, email, a password and your organisation's name. There is no payment step anywhere in the product.
How many invoices can I create for free?
As many as you need. BillFlow does not meter documents, customers, products or team members, so there is no monthly cap to run into.
What documents can I create with BillFlow?
Thirteen types. Ten carry money — invoices, quotations, estimates, proforma invoices, receipts, purchase orders, sales orders, credit notes, debit notes and statements. Three record goods rather than amounts — delivery notes, waybills and packing lists.
Can I download my invoices as PDF?
Yes. Every document renders to a PDF that matches the on-screen sheet exactly, and you can export any selection of documents together as a single ZIP file.
Can I put my own logo and branding on invoices?
Yes. Set your organisation's logo, colours and watermark once under Settings, choose a template per document type, and every document and PDF uses them.
Does BillFlow handle taxes and multiple currencies?
Yes. Taxes can be inclusive, exclusive or compound, applied per line or per document, and each currency is rounded to its own minor unit so totals match what your accountant expects.
Can my team use BillFlow together?
Yes, at no cost. Invite as many colleagues as you like and give each a role: owners and admins manage settings and members, accountants record payments and taxes, sales manage customers and products, operations handle documents, and viewers can look without changing anything.
Do I need to install anything?
No. BillFlow runs in any modern web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. There is nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
