Documents that carry goods, not amounts
Ten of BillFlow’s thirteen document types carry money. Three do not: delivery notes, waybills and packing lists. On these the sheet drops prices and totals entirely and lists what is being sent and in what quantity, because a driver and a warehouse do not need your margins and your customer’s receiving clerk should not see them.
The customer block changes with the document too — a delivery note is captioned “Deliver To” rather than “Bill To”, since it proves receipt rather than requesting payment.
